Who We Are

Vista AV Integration is established as the audiovisual division of Office Interiors.

At the time, the company only had 3 employees and placed its sole focus on providing AV service to higher education clients in the South Bend area.

From 3 employees to 7, Vista AV Integration enjoys early growth. More importantly, we are providing our services to more clients.

But with more clients comes more service requests! So, with an eye on how we could more quickly respond, we hired our first dedicated Service Technician.

As the team grows, so does our knowledge! In 2015, 4 members of the technical support staff earn the Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) credential from AVIXA.

We also began to offer our services to more customers in more markets. In addition to higher education, Vista began offering services to commercial, government, healthcare, K-12 schools, and house of worship clients.

Vista AV Integration becomes Vista Technologies to reflect the growth of our services and our technical sophistication.

Recognizing not every client wants to fully purchase an AV system, in 2022, Vista Technologies introduced OneCare as a subscription-based alternative.

Instead of buying a whole system and watching its value depreciate, Vista Technologies manages the AV projects, provides service to the system, and upgrades it for a low monthly cost.

As technology advances, its maintenance becomes more important and more sophisticated. In 2024, we launched OneCare Service as a low-cost maintenance solution.

Our service technicians are your on-call maintenance team for all your AV systems.

By 2025, Vista Technologies had grown to 16 employees. 6 are CTS certified, and more are preparing for certification.

To better differentiate it from the OneCare Service offering, in 2025, OneCare is renamed to OneCare Complete.
